It starts with scheduling a private conversation via conference phone line or private Zoom meeting room invitation. From there, we will work with you to determine your goals and develop a customized plan to help you achieve them.

Please NOTE:  Sadly, not every applicant is a suitable match for O-Zones Coaching.  Either a Coaching Offer or Recommendation for Next Steps concludes both the 3 Calls, 1 Solution Challenge and the Roadmap Conversations.  

If you are not a match, you will leave the 90  minute conversation with an audio replay of the entire conversation,  at least one new calming skill, and a complete coaching blueprint to take to your therapist or next coach.  

Our Offers and Recommendations are based on your best interests and emotional readiness to commitment, availablility, and determination. 

O-Zones works with you to design the level of support you need at every stage of your coaching journey.  Life detours are common when Overwhelm/Burnout, Divorce, or Starting a New Business is on the line.   O-Zones offers comprehensive support including Checklists, Resource PDF's,  Pre-Meeting Preparation, Post-Meeting Debriefs following both successful and stressful events.  Including worksheets, new skills videos, additional resources, new tools as needed. 

In your first coaching conversation... First Date... you will discuss the expected length of your coaching journey at the end of the conversation.  

Each situation is unique, and every life detour along your road changes the direction and length (shorter or longer) of the coaching journey.  

Before join O-Zones Coaching, you and your interview coach set timelines, success milestones, and potential detours that determines the length of your intial coaching package.  After joining O-Zones, you and your coach regularly review your plan and expectations, how milestones have been met, what's working and what needs to shift in order to meet your coaching objectives within your coaching timeframe.  

Divorce Identity Coaching  is not a short process depending on where on the divorce timeline you are when you start coaching.  

Leadership Burnout, length of coaching is situational depending on career and life stressors that will need support until you've proven new skills and tools are successfully and consistently fielding stress and retiring trauma as it shows up.  

Business Sart-Up is an ongoing process redesigining itself as you progress along your path to launching and maintaining success trajectory.  

Additional Spot Coaching Packages are available to deal with short term situations AFTER you have completed your intial coaching series. 

O-Zones creates a customized coaching packages including number of sessions, additional support services beyond the normal range, and the potential of blending Leader Burnout with Divorce Identity Coaching.   Or Leadership Burnout or Divorce Identity shifting to New Start-up, etc.  

Payment terms are flexible to meet your needs.
